Kinnect is seeking a Workplace Rehabilitation Consultant in Woolloongabba. You will be an OT, EP or PT with current registration, delivering client-centred rehab and return-to-work services across diverse duties.

You will visit workplaces, coordinate care, and produce detailed reports while expanding services such as ergonomic assessments and pre-employment testing. Kinnect offers a supportive team, opportunities for growth, and flexible work-from-home arrangements alongside a competitive salary

Qualifications

• Must hold professional accreditation (AHPRA or ESSA)
• Qualified OT, EP or PT with current registration
• Ability to deliver client-centred rehabilitation and return-to-work services

Responsibilities

• Assess injured workers to plan return-to-work strategies
• Visit workplaces to understand challenges and educate employers
• Case manage complex injuries coordinating with doctors and health professionals
• Provide clinical opinions and detailed report writing
• Conduct ergonomic assessments in workplaces, homes, and vehicles
• Develop job dictionaries and lead manual handling training
• Perform pre-employment assessments including drug testing and functional testing
