Job summary

Kinnect on the Sunshine Coast is seeking a Workplace Rehabilitation Consultant (OT, EP or Physiotherapist) to deliver rehabilitation and injury-prevention services. You will assess injured workers, educate employers, and coordinate case management to support return-to-work goals.

The role offers variety across workplace rehab, ergonomic assessments and pre-employment testing, with opportunities to partner with organisations and contribute to a client-centred approach to wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Current registration with AHPRA or ESSA.
• Excellent analytical and report-writing skills.
• Ability to thrive under pressure in a dynamic team environment.

Responsibilities

• Assess injured and ill workers to determine the best strategies for facilitating their return to work.
• Visit workplaces to understand challenges and educate employers on health benefits of good work.
• Case manage complex injuries and coordinate with doctors and health professionals to support recovery and return to work.
• Provide clinical opinions and justifications through detailed report writing.
• Conduct ergonomic assessments in workplace, home and vehicle settings.
• Develop job dictionaries and lead manual handling training.
