Job summary

MedHealth in Australia is seeking a Rehabilitation Consultant to join our multidisciplinary allied health team. You’ll work with Occupational Therapists, Exercise Physiologists or Physiotherapists to develop and implement rehabilitation plans that restore independence and return to work.

Qualifications

• Australian recognised degree qualification
• Full Accreditation in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology or Physiotherapy
• Willingness to travel with a current vehicle and driver’s licence

Responsibilities

• Undertaking assessments relevant to your discipline to develop and implement effective rehabilitation plans
• Designing and delivering meaningful intervention programmes that build functional capacity and independence
• Developing tailored rehabilitation plans and return to work strategies
• Identifying barriers and implementing practical evidence-based solutions
• Navigating multiple funding schemes to empower client recovery
• Collaborating with clients, families, medical teams, employers and stakeholders
