Job summary

The role involves assessing needs, coordinating case management, and engaging stakeholders to achieve successful return-to-work outcomes while offering supportive training and development opportunities and flexible work arrangements.

Qualifications

• Professional registration with AHPRA, ESSA (AEP)
• Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field
• Current Working with Children Check
• Willingness to undergo National Criminal History Check

Responsibilities

• Utilise specialist knowledge to assist people to return to meaningful occupations
• Assess treatment and rehabilitation needs for workers
• Identify future employment or training options by reviewing transferable skills
• Perform functional assessments, worksite Ergonomics or daily living assessments
• Coordinate and monitor progress toward return-to-work goals
• Engage with stakeholders to support business objectives
