  • Serve as a welcoming, responsive point of contact for employees - listening closely, resolving requests thoughtfully, and identifying opportunities to improve the employee experience.
  • Own end-to-end workplace delivery across processes, partnerships, and day-to-day execution to ensure the office is safe, productive, inclusive, and meaningful.
  • Act as the pulse of the office, using empathy, observation, and feedback to understand workplace dynamics, surface emerging needs, and recommend proactive solutions.
  • Support new employee onboarding and help create a consistent, thoughtful first impression that enables new joiners to feel connected from day one.
  • Build trusted partnerships with building management and vendors; set clear expectations, monitor performance, and drive consistently high-quality service.
  • Lead proactive and reactive maintenance coordination, ensuring facilities remain functional, compliant, and aligned with health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage Annual Maintenance Contracts, renewals, service schedules, and routine workplace inspections to identify risks early and sustain high standards.
  • Communicate workplace guidelines and expectations clearly, creating shared ownership of a positive, respectful office environment.
  • Use data, reporting, and employee feedback to identify trends, summariseinsights, and help shape forward-looking workplace improvements and innovations.
  • Maintain purchasing records and support responsible budget management while balancing cost-consciousness.
  • Coordinate workplace projects, ad hoc initiatives, and events with agility, sound judgment, and strong attention to detail.
What You’ll Bring
  • A service-oriented, people-first approach and genuine enthusiasm for creating inclusive, engaging workplace experiences.
  • 3+ years of experience in Workplace, Community, Events, Administration, or Coordination, with exposure to workplace operations, facilities, and vendor management.
  • A proactive, strategic mindset: you anticipate needs, connect the dots, and take initiative to turn insight into action.
  • Strong emotional intelligence and the confidence to build trust with employees, local leaders, vendors, and cross-functional partners.
  • Excellent communication, organisation, problem-solving, and prioritisationskills, with the ability to stay calm and effective in a dynamic environment.
