Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Workplace, Community, Events, Administration, or Coordination.
• Service-oriented, people-first approach to workplace experiences.
• Proactive, strategic mindset with initiative and strong communication.
• Strong emotional intelligence and ability to build trust with employees and leaders.
• Experience with hard and soft services and end-to-end event delivery is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging workplace experiences, events, and moments to strengthen connection and culture.
• Serve as a welcoming point of contact for employees, resolving requests thoughtfully.
• Own end-to-end workplace delivery across processes, partnerships, and day-to-day execution.
• Lead proactive maintenance coordination and ensure facilities are safe and compliant.
• Build partnerships with building management and vendors to ensure high-quality service.
