EY in Australia seeks a Senior Consultant - Workforce Transformation to deliver workforce transformation initiatives for Australian Federal Government clients. You will combine executive-level communication, stakeholder engagement and strong consulting capability to structure complex problems and support decisions across strategic workforce planning and operating model design.

This hybrid Canberra-based role requires Australian citizenship and eligibility for AGSVA clearance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience delivering consulting, workforce transformation, organisational design or related services, preferably in Australian Government environments.

Responsabilités

• Deliver workforce transformation workstreams across Federal Government programs, partnering with senior stakeholders to define outcomes and translate strategy into actions.
• Analyze workforce and organisation data to generate insights and inform evidence-based recommendations.
