EY is seeking a Senior Consultant in Business Transformation in Australia. You will help clients deliver complex transformation programmes across strategy, design and implementation, while working with diverse teams to unlock operational efficiencies and growth opportunities.

The role emphasizes hands-on delivery, client engagement, and business development support within a leading global advisory firm.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience delivering business and/or technology transformation projects or programs.
• Experience within financial services is preferred.
• Management consulting experience at a Big 4 or boutique firm is desirable.
• Strong understanding of business operations, sales, service and marketing transformation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication to present complex concepts.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with successful delivery of business transformation projects across strategy, design and implementation.
• Contribute to business development activities such as pursuits, proposals and managing key relationships.
• Deliver transformation programs spanning the full project lifecycle.
