Job summary

EY in Australia is seeking a Director to lead the People Consulting practice in Perth and broader WA. You will drive business development, build executive relationships, shape workforce and organisational transformation, and partner with senior leaders to deliver growth across workforce, leadership and operating models.

Hybrid role with options in Perth or Brisbane. You will coach teams, oversee engagements, align cross-service capabilities, and position EY as a market leader.

Qualifications

• Experience driving growth in a Big4 or professional services environment.
• Proven ability to develop executive-level relationships and identify opportunities.
• Strong understanding of workforce transformation and leadership dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth of EY's People Consulting practice with go-to-market strategies.
• Lead opportunity identification, pursuit and conversion across key accounts.
• Develop trusted relationships with C-suite and senior leaders.
• Expand EY footprint by integrating capabilities across service lines.
• Represent EY in market forums and thought leadership initiatives.
• Coach and develop consulting teams and oversee engagements.
• Provide strategic direction and ensure high-quality delivery.
