Job summary

EY in Perth is seeking a Director in the People Consulting practice to lead growth, client relationships, and transformational initiatives across the WA market. You will work with senior executives to position EY as the leading advisor on workforce and organisational transformation.

You will drive opportunities, expand accounts and guide cross-functional teams, while shaping the practice's strategic direction and market impact in a hybrid Perth/Brisbane environment.

Qualifications

• Experience driving growth for large organisations, with strong client facing skills.
• Ability to build executive relationships and shape strategic opportunities.
• Proven capability to lead complex transformation and change initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth and market leadership for EY's People Consulting practice in WA across workforce, leadership, culture and operating models.
• Lead business development, pursue opportunities, manage proposals and negotiations.
• Develop trusted advisor relationships with C-suite and senior leaders to deliver measurable business value.
• Coordinate cross-service line opportunities to expand EY's footprint within existing clients.
• Represent EY in market forums and thought leadership initiatives to strengthen brand.
• Coach and develop high-performing teams and oversee client engagements for quality and risk.
