Job summary

Green by Nature is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support the implementation of a new Workforce Management and Field Service system across Australia and New Zealand. You will translate business needs into practical solutions and work with operational teams, IT stakeholders and system vendors.

Reporting to the Head of Transformation, you will gather requirements, map processes and assist with data migration, testing and training materials to ensure a smooth go-live and adoption across

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support the implementation of a new Workforce Management and Field Service system, including time and attendance, across our Australian and New Zealand operations.

Reporting to the Head of Transformation, you will work closely with operational teams, IT stakeholders and system vendors to translate business needs into practical solutions and improved ways of working.

What You’ll Do

• Gather, analyse and document business and system requirements
• Map current and future state processes
• Support system configuration, solution design and reporting requirements
• Coordinate and play active role in user acceptance, integration and performance testing
• Assist with data migration, validation and reconciliation
• Develop user guides, training materials and process documentation alongside the training team
• Support implementation, go live activities and post launch adoption
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business

About You

You are an organised and solutions-focused Business Analyst with:

• Experience supporting system implementation or transformation projects
• Strong requirements gathering, process mapping and documentation skills
• Knowledge of waterfall and agile project environments
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills, including lookups, pivot tables, data validation and reconciliation
• Experience with data migration, testing and system configuration
• The confidence to support training and guide users through change

Experience with workforce management, field service or time and attendance systems will be highly regarded.

This role will involve travel across Australia and New Zealand to support training, implementation and go live activities.
