Uniting NSW & ACT is seeking a Workforce Management Specialist to strengthen workforce planning, rostering, and system enablement across 150+ sites. You will translate data and system insights into practical guidance, coaching, and learning to improve consistency, compliance, and ways of working.

Hybrid role based in Parramatta, collaborating with People & Culture HR Business Partners and operational leaders to embed capability and drive continuous improvement across a large organisation.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in workforce planning, rostering or operational HR within a large, decentralised organisation.
• Experience designing and delivering learning sessions, coaching and targeted capability development.
• Ability to interpret workforce data and identify practical actions to improve performance and compliance.
• Experience supporting system enablement and change initiatives.
• Strong analytical, communication and influencing skills, with the confidence to work across different teams and operational environments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

Aufgaben

• Deliver training, coaching and targeted support to improve workforce planning, rostering and scheduling practices.
• Use workforce data, system usage and performance trends to identify capability gaps and improvement opportunities.
• Support the adoption of Dayforce functionality, system enhancements and process changes.
• Monitor system usage and data integrity, working with stakeholders to address gaps and compliance risks.
• Promote consistent, best-practice workforce management processes across Uniting’s sites.
• Collaborate with operational leaders and People Experience colleagues to strengthen workforce effectiveness and support continuous improvement.
