Job summary

Panthers Group is seeking a Workforce Planning Specialist to lead and evolve our workforce planning capability. You will own UKG Pro WFM governance, drive continuous improvement, and partner with senior leaders to optimise rosters and control labour costs across the Panthers Group.

You will combine scheduling, analytics and compliance to improve efficiency, supported by strong Excel reporting and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Experience using UKG Pro Workforce Management system.
• Ability to develop rosters that meet operational needs and analytics.
• Turn data into actionable workforce improvements.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to develop efficient rosters balancing business needs and costs.
• Own and optimise UKG Pro WFM governance and enhancements.
• Analyse workforce data to identify opportunities and address inefficiencies.
• Deliver insights and recommendations to leaders for scheduling and planning.
• Maintain data integrity and governance within UKG.
