Job summary

Avia Executive in Brisbane is seeking an experienced crew rostering specialist to turn operational requirements into practical crew rosters. You will plan and adjust rosters to meet flying requirements and balance coverage, training, and leave.

The role requires three years in aviation operations, knowledge of fatigue rules, strong data literacy, and proficiency with aviation systems and Microsoft Office. You will collaborate across teams and rotate nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• At least three years' experience in aviation operations, especially crew planning or rostering.
• Understanding of crew qualifications, duty limits and fatigue requirements.
• Strong organisation and attention to detail.
• Experience using aviation operational systems and Microsoft Office.
• Able to work a rotating roster including nights and weekends.

About you

• At least three years' experience in aviation operations, ideally with experience in crew planning, scheduling, rostering or crew control
• A practical understanding of crew qualifications, duty limitations and fatigue requirements
• Strong organisation and attention to detail
• Confidence working with data and making decisions when priorities change
• Clear communication and a collaborative approach
• Experience using aviation operational systems and Microsoft Office
• Availability to work a rotating roster, including nights and weekends
