Job summary

South Western Sydney Local Health District in Liverpool NSW is seeking a Workforce Educator - Improvement and Innovation to lead the design, development and delivery of innovative education programs that advance improvement science and clinical redesign.

You will empower staff across 17,000+ workforce and partner with senior leaders to build a culture of continuous improvement, with formal qualifications in training and adult education.

Qualifications

• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or successor) and/or postgraduate qualification in adult education.
• Experience developing and delivering education frameworks and training packages in a complex environment.
• Proven ability to engage diverse stakeholders to drive workforce outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development and delivery of education programs in improvement science and clinical redesign.
• Drive capability uplift across a workforce of more than 17,000 staff.
• Partner with senior leaders and multidisciplinary teams to influence system-wide improvement initiatives.
• Develop contemporary, evidence-based learning solutions aligned to health priorities.
