Job summary

NSW Health is seeking a passionate Workforce Educator (Health Manager Level 2) focused on improvement science and clinical redesign education. You will develop, deliver and evaluate education programs, engage diverse stakeholders and contribute to workforce capability across NSW Health.

Applicants should have a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116 or successor) or a tertiary qualification in adult education, and a proven track record in education frameworks and capacity-building

Qualifications

• Strong education and facilitation skills.
• Experience in improvement science or clinical redesign.
• Ability to engage diverse stakeholders to deliver workforce outcomes.
