Job summary

You will help create frameworks, governance, and systems that ensure a suitably qualified workforce while engaging with stakeholders across Australia and the United States.

This role offers the chance to build enduring processes, manage certifications and compliance, and drive continuous improvement in workforce readiness.

Qualifications

• Experience in competency management and workforce capability.
• Knowledge of Australian qualification frameworks.
• Experience managing certifications and compliance.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Ability to translate complex requirements into practical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and govern competency frameworks and systems.
• Lead certification and recertification processes.
• Track workforce qualifications and readiness.
• Analyse data and report insights to leadership.
• Collaborate with cross-border stakeholders in AU and US.
