Job summary

Herbert Smith Freehills Kramer in Sydney is seeking a People Technology Analyst to support the day-to-day operation of our Workday platform and related HR systems. You will provide user support, maintain data integrity, assist with system enhancements, and collaborate with HR and IT stakeholders across the firm to deliver a reliable people technology experience.

This role reports to the global People Technology team and offers exposure to diverse HR processes, change management, and ongoing

Qualifications

• Experience with Workday and core HCM processes.
• Exposure to Workday modules (Recruiting, Compensation, Talent, Absence, Time Tracking, Benefits or Payroll) is desirable.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve system and process issues.

Responsibilities

• Support the administration and ongoing maintenance of Workday and related People systems.
• Provide first-line support for Workday queries, escalating issues where required.
• Perform data uploads, audits, and integrity checks to maintain accurate people data.
• Maintain process documentation, training materials, knowledge articles, and SOPs.
• Support system testing, upgrades, and releases in collaboration with IT and business teams.
