Job summary

Workday is seeking a passionate Technical Consultant to lead integration architecture and client-facing delivery. You will own integration design, build, and deployment across Workday integrations, including Studio and Orchestrate, ensuring scalable, robust solutions.

You will mentor junior teammates, collaborate with clients and partners, and help shape integration strategies and best practices across multi-workstream projects.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in technical consulting, integration architecture, or project implementation leadership.
• Deep, hands-on expertise with Workday integrations, including Workday Studio and Workday Orchestrate.
• Strong command of Workday's integration ecosystem (Core Connectors, EIBs, web services, PECI/PICOF, and inbound/outbound integration patterns).
• Proven ability to advise senior client stakeholders, lead discovery and multi-workstream implementations.
• Strong ownership mindset — able to handle ambiguity and prioritize across engagements.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, and maintain integrations via APIs for cloud HR/recruiting systems with a focus on quality and scalability.
• Own the full integration lifecycle on assigned client engagements from scoping to deployment and post-launch support.
• Lead solution design sessions, translating client needs into integration architectures and delivery plans.
• Mentor junior consultants on integration best practices and contribute to the team knowledge base.
