Job summary

Client 1 is seeking experienced Workday Consultants, Specialists and Technical Leads to support enterprise-wide Workday implementations, integrations, transformation and optimisation programs across Australia. You will design, build, implement and optimise Workday solutions, helping organisations modernise processes, improve data quality and connect enterprise environments.

Roles range from experienced consultants to senior consultants, architects and delivery leads, with responsibilities

Qualifications

Current Workday certifications or relevant Workday accreditations.
Experience delivering full-cycle Workday implementations.
Background in consulting or professional services environments.
Experience with enterprise platforms such as SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft or similar.
Exposure to integration technologies such as MuleSoft, Boomi or Azure Integration Services.
Experience working within complex, regulated or Australian Government environments.
Knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies and project management frameworks.
Experience supporting large-scale enterprise transformation programs.
Relevant leadership experience, including mentoring teams and managing delivery workstreams.

Responsibilities

Design, configure, develop and implement Workday solutions across relevant functional and technical areas.
Lead or contribute to requirements gathering, discovery workshops and solution design sessions.
Translate business requirements into functional designs, technical specifications, integration mappings and configuration documentation.
