EY is seeking a Workday Test Lead for a hybrid role in Sydney. You will lead testing across Core HCM, Recruitment and Onboarding, writing and executing tests while coordinating SIT and UAT with HR and the implementation partner.

You will influence test strategy, build scenarios, and report progress to programme leadership. This role suits someone who thrives in a large corporate setting and wants to grow into broader test management as the project progresses.

Formación

• Hands-on Workday testing background.
• Experience with Workday HCM, Recruitment and Onboarding testing.
• Strong integration testing experience (EIBs, Workday Studio, APIs).
• Track record coordinating SIT and UAT with business users and partners.
• Defect management and test reporting experience.
• Experience working with SIs or implementation partners.
• Workday Recruiting or Onboarding testing experience.
• Test automation exposure for Workday (Kainos Smart, Tosca).
• Healthcare or regulated environment experience.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and lead testing across Workday Core HCM, Recruitment and Onboarding.
• Write and execute functional and integration test scripts yourself.
• Build test strategies and scenarios covering functional, integration and end-to-end testing.
• Coordinate SIT and UAT with HR teams, business process owners and the implementation partner.
• Run defect triage and push issues through to resolution with the partner.
• Test integrations between Workday and payroll, identity and data platforms.
• Report test progress, coverage and risk clearly to programme leadership.
