Job summary

The role requires strong communication, a bachelor’s degree, and 6+ years in Workday HCM across core HR, payroll, time tracking, and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent is required.
• 10–12 years of overall IT experience.
• 6+ years of Workday HCM across core HR, payroll, time tracking, benefits.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience managing a medium-sized team would be a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Business to gather, understand, and analyze requirements. Demonstrate configurations and perform unit testing.
• Handle BP Configurations, security changes, reporting and analytics.
• Lead Workday major release updates and coordinate with business for deployment.
• Identify and implement opportunities for business improvements.
