Job summary

Not-for-profit Organisation is seeking an experienced testing lead to own the detailed testing approach for a Dayforce implementation across HR, payroll and workforce management. You will coordinate testing with functional experts, stakeholders and the implementation partner, guiding SMEs and ensuring governance and readiness for go-live.

The role is hands-on, with responsibilities spanning test planning, execution across Core HR, Payroll, Workforce Management and integrations, plus defect

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing testing across complex enterprise HCM implementations.
• Payroll and rostering/workforce management testing experience.
• An understanding of integrations and end-to-end business processes.
• Experience coordinating testing across multiple functional workstreams and stakeholders.
• Ability to guide business SMEs through testing activities and manage risks.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed test plans, schedules, governance and entry/exit criteria.
• Lead SIT, UAT and payroll parallel testing.
• Coordinate test scenarios, scripts, data and execution across workstreams.
• Validate end-to-end payroll, rostering and integrations.
• Guide business SMEs through testing activities and sign-off.
• Manage defect triage, retesting, reporting and escalation with the partner.
• Assess testing outcomes and risks to deployment readiness.
