Job summary

Allura Partners supports a large ASX-listed healthcare organisation through a major Workday transformation. You will lead testing across Core HCM, Recruitment and Onboarding, and will write and execute tests hands-on while coordinating with leadership and the implementation partner.

The role offers growth into test management as the programme progresses, with strong emphasis on early risk detection, coverage, and clear reporting. Hybrid work with onsite presence three days a week is expected.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Workday testing background, ideally Workday HCM.
• Functional testing of Workday processes, configuration and security.
• Integration testing experience (EIBs, Workday Studio, APIs or third-party payroll integrations).
• Track record coordinating SIT and UAT with business users.

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead testing across Workday Core HCM, Recruitment and Onboarding.
• Write and execute functional and integration test scripts yourself.
• Build test strategies and scenarios covering functional, integration and end-to-end testing.
• Coordinate SIT and UAT with HR teams, business process owners and the implementation partner.
• Run defect triage and push issues through to resolution with the partner.
• Test integrations between Workday and connected systems such as payroll, identity and data platforms.
• Report test progress, coverage and risk clearly to programme leadership.
