Qualifications

• Experience supporting a Workday HCM implementation or large-scale HR transformation program.
• Strong organisational change management across change impacts, stakeholder engagement, readiness, communications, training, adoption and go-live support.
• Experience conducting change impact assessments and stakeholder analysis.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and business partnering skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to translate complex process and system changes into practical messaging for users.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail and delivery focus.
• Experience working within fast-paced transformation or program environments.

Responsabilités

• Support the development and delivery of change plans across the Workday HCM implementation and HR transformation program.
• Conduct and maintain change impact assessments, stakeholder analysis and business readiness activities.
• Translate identified impacts into practical change, communication, engagement, training and adoption activities.
• Partner with business stakeholders, HR leaders, SMEs and project teams to support successful change outcomes.
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement activities, workshops and change network initiatives.
• Track readiness actions, risks, issues and dependencies through to completion.
• Develop and contribute to: change communications, stakeholder updates, key messaging, presentations and FAQs and support materials.
• Support training needs analysis, training coordination and end-user adoption activities.
• Assist with go-live planning, readiness assessments and transition into business-as-usual.
• Capture feedback and adoption insights to improve change activities.
• Participate in program planning, retrospectives and lessons learned activities.
