Job summary

Aware Super is seeking a Day Rate Contractor to support a major Workday transformation in Melbourne or Sydney for 12 months. You will translate business needs into technical specs and work across HR, Payroll and Finance with internal teams and external partners.

The role requires solid Technical BA experience, strong stakeholder management and familiarity with JIRA, Confluence and Visio. Workday certifications are highly regarded.

Qualifications

• Solid experience as a Technical Business Analyst within complex technology programs.
• Experience with Workday or enterprise HR, Payroll or Finance systems.
• Strong understanding of data, integrations, reporting, security and system dependencies.
• Experience translating business requirements into technical specifications.
• Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
• Experience with Agile and/or Waterfall delivery.
• Workday or BA certifications highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Gather business and technical requirements across Workday and connected systems.
• Translate business needs into technical requirements and functional specifications.
• Facilitate workshops to understand processes, system interactions and data flows.
• Support analysis across data, integrations, reporting, security and data archiving/retrieval.
• Support data mapping, testing, validation and implementation activities.
• Conduct impact analysis across systems, processes and data.
• Work closely with our Workday implementation partner and internal technology teams.
• Identify and manage risks, issues and dependencies throughout delivery.
• Ensure solutions maintain strong data integrity, security and governance.
