Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience supporting and troubleshooting Workday environments.
• Strong Business Analysis experience within complex enterprise organisations.
• Experience managing incidents, service requests and support queues.
• Proven ability to perform root cause analysis and resolve complex system issues.
• Knowledge of Workday integrations and interconnected systems.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Ability to balance operational support responsibilities with business analysis activities.
• Experience documenting requirements, processes and solution recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Analyse, investigate and troubleshoot Workday support tickets and system issues
• Perform root cause analysis and work with technical teams to drive resolution
• Partner with business stakeholders to understand issues and recommend solutions
• Support BAU operations and contribute to ongoing platform stability and performance
• Analyse integrations, data flows and system dependencies across the Workday ecosystem
• Gather, document and validate business and technical requirements
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions
• Develop process maps, user stories and business analysis artefacts
• Identify opportunities to improve support processes, documentation and user experience
• Act as a key link between business users, support teams and technical specialists
