Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a dedicated Workday Analyst to investigate and resolve Workday issues, manage stakeholder expectations, and drive continuous improvement. The role blends operational support with business analysis responsibilities and requires hands-on problem solving across the Workday ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting and troubleshooting Workday environments.
• Strong Business Analysis experience within complex enterprise organisations.
• Experience managing incidents, service requests and support queues.
• Proven ability to perform root cause analysis and resolve complex system issues.
• Knowledge of Workday integrations and interconnected systems.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Ability to balance operational support responsibilities with business analysis activities.
• Experience documenting requirements, processes and solution recommendations.
