Job summary

Ganaji Contracting is seeking a Work Pack Engineer in Karratha, WA to lead development and management of construction-ready work packs across project scopes, coordinating engineering, construction, QA/QC and project documentation for field execution.

The role requires 5+ years in Work Pack/Construction/Project Engineering on major projects, with experience in oil & gas, LNG, mining or petrochemical environments. Strong communication and cross-disciplinary collaboration are essential.

WE'RE HIRING | WORK PACK ENGINEER

Are you an experienced Work Pack Engineer ready to take the next step in your career? We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Work Pack Engineer to join Ganaji Contracting.

THE ROLE

• Develop and manage construction-ready work packs across assigned project scopes, coordinating the engineering, construction, quality and project documentation required for field execution.
• Review engineering drawings, specifications and technical deliverables to ensure work packs are complete, accurate and ready for construction.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Construction, Planning, QA/QC, HSE, Procurement and Materials to resolve scope, material, technical and constructability issues.
• Support field execution by ensuring work packs align with construction sequencing, work fronts, inspection requirements, permits and project schedules.

ABOUT YOU

• 5+ years' experience in Work Pack Engineering, Construction Engineering or Project Engineering on major projects.
• Proven experience within oil & gas, LNG, mining, petrochemical, chemical or heavy industrial construction environments.
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies, constructability, sequencing and field execution, with the ability to translate engineering into practical work packs.
• Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills, with relevant engineering/technical qualifications and the ability to work effectively across multidisciplinary teams.
