Job summary

Ganaji Contracting is seeking experienced Electrical Supervisors for a major Oil & Gas project in Karratha, WA. The role operates in a high-risk live and/or under-construction environment and requires strong leadership to manage crews safely and decisively.

The position involves leading toolbox talks, controlling permits and isolations, supervising construction and commissioning across crews, driving productivity, and managing labour, plant, cost codes, and project controls.

Qualifications

• WA Electrical Licence is mandatory.
• First Aid certification within 36 months is required.
• CPR / LV Rescue within last 12 months is required.
• Construction Card (White or Blue) is required.
• Full Australian working rights are mandatory.

Responsibilities

Ganaji Contracting is seeking experienced Electrical Supervisors for a major, complex Oil & Gas project in Karratha, WA.

This is a high-risk, high-expectation environment operating in live and/or under-construction process plants. These roles are for supervisors who know Oil & Gas, understand permits, productivity, and pressure — and can lead crews safely and decisively.

• Location: Karratha, WA
• FIFO from Perth
• Roster: 19 days on / 9 days off
• Start: Immediate

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead toolbox talks and safety leadership
• Control permits and isolations in line with site requirements
• Supervise construction & commissioning across one or more crews
• Drive productivity and progress to meet critical milestones
• Manage labour, plant, cost codes, and project controls
• Execute the programme and escalates risks or delays early
• Enforce quality, subcontractor compliance, and site standards

Mandatory Requirements:
