Job summary

Monadelphous Group is seeking an experienced Work Pack and Completions Coordinator to join our PNG Operations team, based in the Brisbane office. This is a fixed-term opportunity with international travel required.

Leverage your trade or engineering expertise to coordinate the development and delivery of work packs, ensuring all drawings, permits, procedures, and supporting documentation are accurate, complete and ready for execution.

Qualifications

• Trade background or engineering degree preferred.
• 10+ years' operational, construction or maintenance experience within the resources industry.
• 10+ years’ experience in the compilation and management of construction work packages.
• Experience in managing project completions and assisting in systemisation of work packages as well as project handover.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite and digital work packaging tools.
• Commitment to maintaining a safe and compliant working environment.
• Proof of right to work in Australia.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate development and delivery of work packs, ensuring drawings, permits, procedures and supporting documentation are accurate and ready for execution.
• Oversee completion activities, maintain progress tracking systems and facilitate inspections, testing and handover documentation.
• Support project handover and systemisation of work packages as well as project handover.
