Toyota Material Handling Australia is seeking a Work Health and Safety Advisor to champion a strong safety culture and support our growing national operations. You will be the driving force behind a safer, smarter workplace and partner with the business to create a safe and productive environment.

This role is based at our Moorebank Head Office, NSW, five days per week, and focuses on risk-based safety initiatives, cultural change, and ensuring WHSE policies align with legislation and standards

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of WHSE experience in an Industrial environment.
• Experience/involvement in achieving WHSE cultural change.
• Experience managing and working with an integrated safety management system.
• Experience implementing new safety methodologies and initiatives.
• Internal auditing experience (desktop and actual).
• Strong interpersonal skills: communication, negotiation, influencing, listening, empathy and flexibility.
• Proven problem solving ability.
• Project management, organisational and planning skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.

Responsabilités

• Working and consulting with the business to create a safe and productive working environment.
• Driving a simplified, proactive, risk-based and collaborative safety culture.
• Ensuring WHSE KPIs, policies and procedures comply with all applicable legislation and standards and are integrated into TMHA safety culture.
