Reo Group is seeking an experienced WHS Advisor to provide practical WHS advice and support across the business. You will work closely with managers and employees to maintain compliance, identify risks and improve workplace safety.

This is a hands-on opportunity for a proactive WHS professional who enjoys working with people, solving problems and making a genuine impact. Parking onsite and a supportive culture are offered in Western Sydney.

Qualifications

• Sound understanding of Australian WHS legislation and practical experience in operations.
• Ability to communicate safety concepts to managers and staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide practical WHS advice to managers and employees.
• Conduct risk assessments, inspections and safety audits.
• Support incident investigations and corrective actions.
• Maintain WHS policies, procedures and reporting.
• Coordinate WHS training, inductions and toolbox talks.
• Support workers' compensation and return-to-work processes.
• Monitor legislative and regulatory compliance.
• Identify opportunities to improve WHS systems and safety culture.
