Job summary

Graden Management Pty Ltd—an East Perth WA BAS Agent/bookkeeping firm established in 2010—is seeking experienced Xero bookkeepers for a work-from-home role. Two part-time positions are available, each 15 hours weekly (Mon-Fri 9am-12pm, negotiable).

Training will cover client backup and potential growth within the team. Responsibilities include Xero data entry from Excel data sheets, reconciling supplier statements and accounts, PDF creation, and maintaining communications via desktop WhatsApp.

Qualifications

• Data entry of numbers and touch typing are both an absolute must
• Bookkeeping with an understanding of how both the P&L and balance sheet works
• Previous bookkeeping experience and references required
• Xero experience. If you've never used Xero you must at least have used MYOB.
• All employees must be ready to complete and maintain Xero's Level 3 Certification annually (free certification test via Xero portal) prior to commencing work
• Medium skill level using Excel and Word is required

WORK FROM HOME – XERO EXPERIENCED BOOKKEEPER(s)

We are a boutique East Perth WA BAS Agent / bookkeeping firm, established in 2010.

Our client base has increased and we are now seeking an experienced Xero bookkeeper to join our team. You will be working under the supervision of a Tax Practitioner's Board (TPB) registered BAS Agent.

This is a work from home position with flexible options: 2x part-time roles at 15 hours per week (Mon-Fri 9am to 12pm negotiable, but 3 hours per day M-F is a must). The successful applicant(s) will be trained to provide backup for our existing staff and there is potential for growth.

Key responsibilities

Xero data entry of supplier tax invoices and sales invoices of customers from Excel data sheets (Friday only)

Reconciliation of supplier statements

Reconciliation of supplier accounts in Xero to statements received

PDF creation and saving to DropBox folders

Desktop WhatsApp communications with employer/employee

About you

The hardware and software provided is for the sole use and purpose of work performed for our client base

Able to travel from time to time to East Perth or Guildford locations for on-site training

Formal bookkeeping qualifications (tertiary) are not required, but will be looked upon favourably
