Job summary

Crown Resorts is seeking enthusiastic and reliable team members to join the back-of-house teams across Koko, Nobu and other venues. As a Chef, you’ll create joyful moments through genuine care and connection, guided by Crown’s Service Excellence values.

In this role you’ll contribute to seamless kitchen operations, support high standards of cleanliness and food safety, and work collaboratively in a fast-paced team to deliver exceptional dining experiences for our guests.

Qualifications

• Experience in Asian cuisine in premium, high-volume envir onments (Thai/Chinese/Japanese)
• Wok skills are highly desirable
• Availability for part-time or casual shifts across a 24/7 roster, including weekends/public holidays
• Certificate III in Commercial Cookery is required
