Job summary

Centorrino Technologies (CT) is seeking a Wintel Infrastructure Engineer to support critical government environments on a 12-month fixed-term contract with extension options. The role is based in ACT or VIC and onsite, targeting experienced Wintel professionals with a strong focus on enterprise infrastructure, cyber security and secure system administration.

Qualifications

• Extensive cyber security experience in enterprise environments.
• Strong Wintel infrastructure expertise focused on secure enterprise systems.
• Experience implementing Essential Eight mitigation strategies.
• Scripting or app development to automate administration tasks.
• Cloud platform experience with Azure or AWS is desirable.
• Experience identifying and remediating Active Directory compromises is desirable.
• Current NV2 or TSPV security clearance at submission.
• Ability to work onsite in ACT or VIC.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain security controls across enterprise Wintel environments.
• Support initiatives to uplift the security posture of Australian Government systems.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, security procedures and administrative processes.
• Participate in technical workshops focused on infrastructure design, security and remediation.
• Prototype and test security configurations to support technical advice and recommendations.
• Contribute to the implementation of Essential Eight mitigation strategies.
• Automate system administration and vulnerability assessment tasks through scripting and application development.
• Assist with identifying, assessing and remediating cyber security risks across enterprise environments.
