Job summary

Centorrino Technologies is seeking a Wintel Infrastructure Engineer for a 12-month fixed-term contract with extension options. The role is based onsite in ACT or VIC and targets experienced Wintel professionals focused on enterprise infrastructure, security and secure system administration.

You will implement security controls, uplift government system security postures, develop SOPs, and participate in architecture workshops.

Qualifications

• Extensive cyber security experience in enterprise environments.
• Strong Wintel infrastructure with a focus on secure enterprise systems.
• Experience implementing Essential Eight mitigation strategies.
• Automation or scripting to streamline administration, vulnerability assessment or cyber security tasks.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS is desirable.
• Experience identifying and remediating risks associated with Active Directory compromises.
• Current NV2 or TSPV security clearance at submission time.
• Ability to work onsite in ACT or VIC.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain security controls across enterprise Wintel environments.
• Support initiatives to uplift the security posture of Australian Government systems.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, security procedures and administrative processes.
• Participate in technical workshops focused on infrastructure design, security and remediation.
• Prototype and test security configurations to support technical advice and recommendations.
• Contribute to the implementation of Essential Eight mitigation strategies.
• Automate system administration and vulnerability assessment tasks through scripting and application development.
• Assist with identifying, assessing and remediating cyber security risks across enterprise environments.
