Qualifications

• Full Australian working rights.
• Fluent English (spoken and written).
• 1-3 years' experience in premium dining as a Section Waiter and/or Diploma hospitality studies.
• Strong ability to build rapport and remember guests.
• Confident using POS systems.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Excellent attention to detail and grooming standards.
• Strong communication skills.
• Commitment to delivering memorable guest experiences.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays required.

Responsibilities

• Manage your section during service and ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Prepare the restaurant for service, ensuring your section is fully set, stocked, and clean.
• Provide menu recommendations and confidently explain dishes and concepts.
• Offer food and beverage pairing suggestions.
• Accurately take and manage orders using POS.
• Check and manage dietary requirements.
• Maintain clear communication with FOH and BOH teams.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and resolve any issues promptly.
• Ensure bill accuracy and professional presentation.
• Process cash and card payments.
