Qualifications

• Previous cellar door, fine-dining restaurant and/or high-end hospitality experience
• Strong food and wine knowledge (desirable)
• A positive attitude towards teamwork
• Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays and occasional events in the evening
• A current RSA certificate
• The right to work in Western Australia
