Job summary

Serafino McLaren Vale is seeking an experienced Restaurant and Events Supervisor to lead on-floor service across all restaurant operations, cellar door lunch, conferences and events. You will maintain high hospitality standards and support guest experiences while developing the team.

Ideal candidates hold hospitality training with fine-dining exposure, availability for weekends and nights, and a proactive, resilient approach during growth. RSA/RP certification is required.

Serafino McLaren Vale - comprising 1-Hat restaurant, function & conference centre, concert grounds and accommodation, together with the award-winning Serafino Winery, is one of McLaren Vale's leading venues.

As we grow our new leadership team, we are seeking an experienced Restaurant and Events Supervisorto represent our quality wine brand and deliver a McLaren Vale food and wine experience. The ideal candidate has a passion for food and wine, and an ability to connect- with a refined approach.

You are a hands-on natural leader, responsible for maintaining the highest levels of hospitality while leading service on the floor with all restaurant operations, cellar door lunch, conferences and events
