Qualifications

• Strong Windows Server & Microsoft 365 expertise.
• Knowledge of Active Directory, Exchange, Entra ID.
• Experience with incident, ticket, and SLA management.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Collaborative leadership with a focus on people development.
• Ability to balance technical delivery with people leadership.

Responsibilities

• Leading, coaching and developing a team of Infrastructure Engineers to foster a high-performing and engaged culture.
• Overseeing ServiceNow queues, ticket management, escalations and SLA performance across the team.
• Driving operational excellence across Windows Server and Microsoft 365 environments.
• Managing vulnerability remediation, alert monitoring and platform health activities.
• Supporting Active Directory, Exchange, Entra ID and core infrastructure services.
• Leading continuous improvement initiatives, automation opportunities and operational uplift activities.
• Contributing to infrastructure projects, planning activities and technical solution design.
• Managing the team's on-call capability and ensuring effective support coverage.
