Job summary
Insignia Financial is seeking a Team Lead Systems Engineer with strong Windows and Microsoft 365 expertise to lead a team of up to 10 engineers and contractors. You will balance technical delivery with people leadership, coaching and mentoring while staying hands-on across Windows and O365 environments.
You will shape team capability, improve service performance and drive ongoing evolution of critical infrastructure platforms in a modern enterprise setting.
Qualifications
- Experience leading Infrastructure Engineers in a hands-on, technical role.
- Proven ability to coach, mentor and develop teams.
- Strong experience with Windows Server and Microsoft 365 environments.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach and develop a team of Infrastructure Engineers to foster high performance and engagement.
- Oversee ServiceNow queues, ticket management, escalations and SLA performance.
- Drive operational excellence across Windows Server and Microsoft 365 environments.
- Manage vulnerability remediation, alerts and platform health activities.
- Support Active Directory, Exchange, Entra ID and core services.
- Lead continuous improvement, automation and uplift initiatives.
- Contribute to infrastructure projects and technical solution design.
- Manage on-call capability and support coverage.
