Job summary

Frontline Construction is seeking an Estimator / Customer Service & Sales Support specialist to join our aluminium windows and doors team in NSW. You will read plans, prepare quotations, interpret specifications, and manage customer enquiries from enquiry to order placement.

Responsibilities include following up opportunities, maintaining records, and collaborating with sales and operations to ensure a smooth process. Strong technical knowledge and building industry experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience estimating within building products is required.
• Read and interpret construction plans, drawings and specs.
• Prepare quotations, tenders and variations.
• Knowledge of NCC and Australian Standards for windows/doors is advantageous.
• Experience with estimating software and workflow tools is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate quotations, tenders, orders and variations for residential/commercial aluminium windows and doors.
• Read and interpret plans to perform quantity take-offs and pricing.
• Recommend suitable products based on requirements and standards.
• Handle customer enquiries via phone, email and in person with timely responses.
• Follow up quotations and opportunities to convert enquiries into orders.
• Maintain customer records and update sales opportunities in systems.
• Assist with product enquiries and order clarification across teams.
• Collaborate with sales and operations to ensure efficient branch operations.
• Maintain clear customer communication throughout quoting and ordering.
