Job summary

KBR is seeking an IT Site Services professional for desktop support across Australia, focusing on Windows 11, Microsoft Office, and hardware/network troubleshooting. You will help respond to tickets, support offices and project sites, and maintain asset inventories as part of the IT Site Services Team.

The role offers exposure to multiple projects within a global infrastructure solutions business, with opportunities to grow locally and nationally.

Qualifications

Must be an Australian Citizen.
Deep understanding of Windows 11 and Microsoft Office with demonstrated troubleshooting capabilities.
Proven desktop, laptop and workstation hardware troubleshooting skills.
General knowledge to perform high level network troubleshooting analysis, Cisco knowledge preferred.
Working knowledge of Dell Client & Server hardware.
Familiarity with IPT voice technologies.
Working knowledge of Microsoft server technologies.
Data migration experience between PC's.
Ability to successfully troubleshoot printing issues.

Responsibilities

Solve complex problems in Windows desktop environments with standard IT practices.
Respond to break/fix and service tickets within established SLAs.
Establishing and decommissioning offices and project sites as required by the IT Site Services Team.
Maintain accurate inventory of deployed assets and warehouse equipment.
Provide hands-on support as directed by the network, voice and server teams.
