The Reserve Bank of Australia is seeking a Senior Desktop Support Analyst to join the End User Computing team on a 2-year fixed term. You will provide advanced desktop support in a Windows 11 environment and help manage a modern workplace across a hybrid 50/50 office and home setup.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience with enterprise Windows desktop environments.
• Hands-on Windows 11 administration.
• Experience with Microsoft Intune and modern endpoint management.
• Experience deploying Microsoft 365 applications and services.
• Strong troubleshooting across desktop, laptop and mobile tech.
• Manage device lifecycle: provisioning, software deployment, endpoint compliance.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong stakeholder management with technical and non-technical users.
• Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
• Experience in ITIL-aligned support environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 and 3 desktop support for Windows 11 endpoints.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, OS and application issues.
• Administer Microsoft Intune for device management, deployment and compliance.
• Support ongoing management and optimisation of the modern workplace.
• Support Microsoft 365 apps and services (Teams, Outlook, OneDrive, Office).
• Ensure endpoint security configurations meet standards.
• Deploy and support laptops, desktops, mobile devices and peripherals.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, security and applications teams to resolve issues.
• Contribute to procedures, docs and knowledge articles.
• Identify automation and process improvements.
