Qualifications

• Experience as Deployment Engineer, Desktop Support Engineer, EUC Engineer, Field Support Engineer, or similar role.
• Hands‑on experience with Windows 10/11 deployments and device refresh programs.
• Experience with Microsoft Intune and device provisioning.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across desktop, laptop, hardware, software, and peripheral technologies.
• Understanding of networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and Wi‑Fi connectivity.
• Experience supporting end users during technology rollouts and migrations.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and travel between deployment locations as required.

Responsibilities

• Support Windows 11 migration and device refresh activities.
• Perform device installation, configuration, provisioning, and validation using Microsoft Intune.
• Execute field deployment activities across gaming venues and customer sites.
• Validate network connectivity, peripherals, and site readiness prior to deployment.
• Provide hands‑on deployment support during rollout and cutover windows.
• Troubleshoot desktop, laptop, hardware, software, and peripheral issues.
• Assist with deployment monitoring, issue resolution, and escalation activities.
• Support rollout coordination, status reporting, and stakeholder communications.
• Maintain deployment documentation and deployment records.
• Collaborate with project teams, service desk teams, and customer stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
