Job summary

Showtime Consulting is seeking an experienced EUC Deployment & Field Support Engineer to join our deployment and technology delivery team across Australia. The role focuses on hands-on device rollouts, Windows 11 migrations, endpoint provisioning and field support across gaming venues and customer sites.

You will install, configure, validate and support devices and workplace technology, working with project teams, customers and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery and high operational

Responsibilities

• Support Windows 11 migration and device refresh activities.

What You'll Need

• Experience as a Deployment Engineer, Desktop Support Engineer, EUC Engineer, Field Support Engineer, or similar role.
• Hands‑on experience with Windows 10/11 deployments and device refresh programs.
• Experience with Microsoft Intune and device provisioning.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across desktop, laptop, hardware, software, and peripheral technologies.
• Understanding of networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and Wi-Fi connectivity.
• Experience supporting end users during technology rollouts and migrations.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and travel between deployment locations as required.

Desirable Skills

• Experience with Microsoft Autopilot.
• Exposure to SCCM/MECM or Microsoft Endpoint Manager.
• PowerShell scripting experience.
• Experience supporting retail, hospitality, gaming, or multi‑site environments.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes and service management tools such as ServiceNow or Jira.
• Experience working on large‑scale deployment or transformation programs.
