Job summary

APM is seeking an End User Computing (EUC) Engineer to join the Digital and Infrastructure team in a hands-on, full-time role. You will deploy, manage, optimise and support end-user devices and workplace technologies to enable productive, secure, and reliable user experiences.

As EUC SME, you will design and support modern desktop, mobility, and virtual desktop environments while working closely with Digital, Infrastructure and Security teams to ensure security, scalability, and business

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in End User Computing, Desktop Support, or IT Operations.
• Strong experience supporting Windows, macOS, and mobile device platforms.
• Experience with endpoint management tools such as Microsoft Intune, SCCM/MECM, Nerdio.
• Knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, and identity management solutions.
• Experience supporting application deployment and endpoint security initiatives.
• ITIL certification or exposure to ITIL processes and service management frameworks.
• Experience working with VDI, DaaS, and virtualisation technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead the deployment, configuration, and management of desktops, laptops, and end-user devices.
• Deliver applications, patches, updates, and software deployments across the organisation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex end-user computing issues.
• Develop and implement end-user computing strategies and roadmaps.
• Design and support EUC architectures to meet performance, security, scalability, and resilience requirements.
• Manage and support technologies including VDI, DaaS, and application virtualization solutions.
• Monitor and optimise EUC environments to improve performance and user experience.
• Apply best practices for capacity planning, resource allocation, and system maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with security standards, policies, and regulatory requirements.
