Job summary

ASC Pty Ltd is recruiting a WHSE Specialist - Management Systems to drive the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of Work Health, Safety & Environment systems. You will ensure compliance, user‑focus, and alignment with strategy, fostering a proactive safety culture across multiple sites.

You will partner with stakeholders to enhance documentation, reporting and risk management while supporting audits and training to uplift system capability and governance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering safety systems improvements in high tempo industrial environments.
• Strong ability to influence at all levels through clear communication.
• Experience designing user‑centred systems that support compliance and practical use.
• Knowledge of Australian and international standards, legislation and self‑insurance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Review and improve WHSE management system documentation in line with ASC’s Quality System.
• Lead process improvements with WHSE Corporate team and stakeholders.
• Support audits, incident investigations, and risk management reviews.
• Deliver training and user support to enhance system capability.
• Identify opportunities for system optimisation and cultural uplift across sites.
• Contribute to governance, assurance and compliance activities.
• Provide SME input to system design, reporting and upgrade projects.
