Job summary

ASC Pty Ltd is seeking a WHSE Specialist - Management Systems to drive development, implementation and continuous improvement of Work Health, Safety & Environment systems. You will ensure compliance, user focus and alignment with strategy, enabling a proactive safety culture across multiple sites.

You will partner with stakeholders, deliver training and support, and contribute to governance, documentation, and reporting improvements in a highly regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering Safety Systems improvements in high tempo industrial environments.
• Strong ability to engage stakeholders at all levels to drive system adoption.
• Experience developing, implementing and improving WHSE management systems.
• Solid understanding of Australian and international compliance standards and self-insurance requirements.
• Ability to design user-centred, practical compliance tools and dashboards.
• Experience applying project management principles to system upgrades or improvements.
• Knowledge of incident management processes, audits, risk registers and governance frameworks.
• Collaborative leadership with a customer-service mindset and high integrity.

Responsibilities

• Review, maintain and improve WHSE documentation aligned with ASC’s Quality System.
• Lead process-improvement initiatives with the WHSE Corporate team and stakeholders.
• Assist audits, incident investigations and risk-management reviews.
• Deliver training, guidance and user support to enhance system capability.
• Identify opportunities for system optimisation and cultural uplift.
• Support governance, assurance and compliance activities across sites.
• Provide SME input to system design, reporting and upgrade projects.
